Greetings! I’m Chun-kuan Tien (田雋寬 [tʰjɛn35 tɕyn51 kʰwan55]) from Taiwan and a prospective postgraduate student in Linguistics at The University of Edinburgh.

I am committed to pursuing an academic career in linguistic, with a focus on phonetics and sociolinguistics. Built upon practical experiences as a high school English teacher, my interest lies in the multifaceted ways in which language interacts with and shapes society.
